Alizé Levy The Girl Behind The Music...& The Music Behind The Girl The Special Moments in LifeLevyAlone Entertainment Ltd. presents to the world, " Famous By Default" the debut Album by Reggae Royalty and the hot new R&B/dancehall voice from London, Alizé Levy. Alizé, daughter of the legendary reggae artist Barrington Levy, is no stranger to the music world.Alizé gives credit to her father who supports her totally and praises his daughters’ originality. He has given her a solid musical foundation and, of course, bestowing upon her a wonderful vocal sound. In addition to her singer/songwriter talent, Alizé is also a contemporary jazz dancer, model and actress, with several appearances to her name. So one can claim that she is a multi-talented creative individual with a zest for the performing arts as a whole.Alizé is the name on her birth certificate, not just a stage name — and one will realize that this young lady is the original, no carbon copy – but the real original deal!Born in England, to a mother whose parents were Jamaican, and raised in West London, is a today a renowned songwriter and has now branch out in business setting up her own Enterprise of Entertainment and Publishing companies LevyAloneEntertainment Ltd & Mogul Chic Publishing Ltd.She says she wrote her first song at age six, an age when most girls are caught up with dolls and playing childish games. But that was an indication of her driving passion, which comes across effectively in her first single release: “He Doesn't Know My Name”, is a soulful, emotionally intense song which makes you want to listen to the song over and over again. This song is accompanied by a riveting and very well produced music video, which premiered first time on Jamaican television to rave reviews, and is currently being promoted in several key markets around the globe. This project, however, is just the tip of the iceberg for this R&B singer and she is just about to release her second and third singles, which is sure to have mass appeal and secure a large fan base for this rising star.Alizé’s second single is a thoughtful music piece named “Cry”, which is the story about a girl desperately trying to get her wayward boyfriend to quit the crime fueled lifestyle he insists on living to make ends meet, to no avail though. A great song with a deep feeling for a theme in the world we live in.She has just finished a new and fresh single together with Maxwell D, named “One Night Stand”. Alizé wrote this song to try out her talent in young funky house style, and the song is an upbeat exploration of this phenomenon, supported by a fantastic video, made in the form of comic-book strip. We are sure the younger market will like the story Alizé is singing about in this great new video, which is being released in the coming weeks. As far back as in 2002 Alizé released her debut single 'Chocolate Loving' in Jamaica, a track she penned herself to a rhythm from deejay Lady G’s G-String Productions, which featured hot Jamaican artiste Mr. Lexx.Having lived with her father in Jamaica for three years (from age 13 to 16), Alizé became familiar with the musical landscape and some of the movers and shakers, so it was relatively easy for her to return to the island to do recordings, releases and performances. Both Lady G and Mr Lexx are also featuring on special version of Alizé’s song “Doesn't Know My Name”.She has performed with her father on the now defunct hit series, “Heineken Startime”, and has also done a successful European Tour in 2005 as Barrington Levy's opening act. After these performances Alizé stated: "Having had the opportunity to perform for of 50,000 people at Festival Mundial was so surreal, I can’t verbalize the feeling!!"Promotion is definitely on the up and she is poised to make a step out on her own to begin an exciting career and has solicited the support of Dennis Byron Management to do it. Alizé Levy is currently promoting her debut Album "Famous By Default" After having locked herself away for months on end and submerging herself in beats, lyrics, pen ink and loads of paper. It has been hard work through this creative journey but it's now all about to pay off.... Cheers to Alizé!
