Band Story
Formed in the malaise that is the south shore of Long Island in a graceless age, The Renegades play original music influenced by the Stones, Tom Petty, the Eagles, et. al, with a tip of the hat to such diverse artists as Steely Dan, the Righteous Brothers, the Rascals, Little Feat and Bob Dylan. The band also plays popular music by these and other well-known artists during gigs but make no mistake about it, the focus is on well-crafted, melodic original rock n roll with strong lyrical content. We ride as a band with allegiance to no one but our own idiosyncratic whims, committed to our own vision. If you can get behind that vision, come ride with us.
