Band Story

The Bam Bam Project is a heartfelt musical tribute initiated by a close-knit group of Thom's friends from New York. Their mission is to honor Thom's legacy through a memorial CD that encapsulates his musical spirit. This compilation will feature original compositions by the project members, as well as pieces composed and recorded by Thom himself. Additionally, the CD will include covers of Otis Redding and Steve Cropper's "Dock of the Bay" and Neil Young's "Harvest Moon," reflecting Thom's musical influences and tastes.

The primary goal of the project is to raise funds for the college education of Thom's daughter, Talia. Should the CD sales exceed expectations, the group also aspires to contribute to brain cancer research, turning their personal loss into a beacon of hope for others.

The talented ensemble contributing to this tribute includes Kenny Armstrong, Kevin "Dr. C" Crutchfield, Eddie Denise, Ken Eichler, Robert Freeberg, Maura McCabe, Larry Migliore, Steve Sechi, and Joel M. Smith. Each member brings their unique musical prowess to the project, ensuring a rich and diverse auditory experience.

Through the Bam Bam Project, Thom's friends aim to keep his memory alive, celebrating his life and music while supporting causes close to his heart
