Band Story

1998… an era begins. Like many bands, BurnOut was in search of their musical style, their identity, and the big picture. Were they just a free-podium band, a game, a hobby… or was this their life?

The diehard members already involved were:

Vid P. – Guitar
Dave P. – Bass
Pops P. – Vocals

Not long after, Kristiaan P. joined to take on the drums. Their journey could finally begin in earnest. With this lineup, they recorded the first-ever BurnOut release, making a bold statement about who they were: For I Will Remain. However, this was not meant for the public—it was for themselves. They still felt incomplete.

By 2006, after a long search for the missing link, Getz P. (ex-In-Quest) joined as a guest singer. The chemistry was instant—they knew this lineup was the real deal. BurnOut was no longer just an idea or an illusion; it had truly come to life.

Inspired by bands like Sick of It All, Madball, Life of Agony, and Biohazard, BurnOut began shaping their unique sound. Their hard work led to the release of the MCD Lighten Up in late 2007, introducing the world to P-core for the first time.

P-core (Proud2Be-core) became more than just their signature sound—it was their lifestyle and philosophy. Too many people today fail to take pride in who they are, where they come from, or what they have accomplished. BurnOut, however, are proud to be. (Not cocky—just proud!)

Following an incredible release show in 2008, positive feedback on Studio Brussel (www.stubru.be), and performances alongside bands such as Born From Pain, Maroon, The Setup, and Unleash The Fury, BurnOut entered 2009 with confidence, ready to bring P-core to the world.

Amidst a packed schedule, Kristiaan P. decided to leave the band, but a perfect replacement was found in Tranny P. With this lineup, BurnOut was once again at full strength.

Expect intense, high-energy, fast-paced, riff-driven music. Blazing guitars, groovy bass lines, and an unrelenting drum attitude, all led by a two-headed vocal machine—this is what BurnOut delivers.

The people are ready. BurnOut is ready. 2009 is the year to make it big. They left the game… they found their life!

P2B!!!

Thanks for the respect – BurnOut.
